We will be the reassuring voice, no matter the hour.
When something unexpected happens, we will be the reassuring voice, no matter the hour. We are a new kind of care company created for someone just like your loved one. Whether it’s a new complication or an overwhelming complex condition, our teams are here. We support the needs of care while keeping your intentions of how the next chapters will be written as the focus of daily…and nightly living.
Our approach is designed with you and your family in mind.
Your loved one defines the quality of their care differently than anyone else. This is why we don’t designate the responsibility of care on any one type of professional. A Prospero care team will spend time with your family to learn your loved one’s story. This is what real support should feel like. Care to us is small talk about the events in someone’s life. It’s navigating their needs of specialty care without them feeling the stress of financial decisions. It’s providing relief to your whole family, by coordinating a community of services to support their unique condition. And, it’s always being available to remind them we are thinking of them.
Meet the Prospero Care Team
Your Prospero physician is an extension of your primary care doctor and/or specialist. They work together with your doctor(s) to ensure you receive the right care and to address any serious health issues that may occur.
Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant
Your nurse practitioner or physician assistant is the first member of the team you meet. They prioritize assessing your health, addressing prescription needs, and discussing any health and safety concerns.
Your registered nurse meets you in your home for scheduled visits or whenever you need care. They help address medical needs, answer questions, and help communicate concerns to your doctors.
Your social worker is there to provide extra resources and support when you need it. They are an integral part of the care team that helps guide you in the next chapters of your life so you may feel fulfilled and connected to your community.
Care Support Specialists
Your care support specialists coordinate your Prospero team’s efforts, making sure your care and activities are organized and your concerns are addressed when they arise — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They are always available to take your calls and assist you in your needs.
